Listeria monocytogenes infected ham in the Reál and the reaction of Pick

According to Reál Hungária’s statement; The Pick Szeged Zrt. produced ham may be dangerous to health.

Pick Szeged Zrt. informs its customers and consumers that the company withdraws its Reál Párizsi Sliced 150 g with (consumed time: the 20th of April) and its Reál Ham Sliced 100 g (consumed time: the 21st April) from the Reál supermarket chains
During the common internal control of the supermarket chain and the company, it was revealed that the products produced on the certain day exceeded the prescribed limit of Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
The company and the supermarket chain ask anyone to not eat from these purchased products listed above, the purchase price will be given back at the purchase site. If someone has eaten from the products and feel bad – feeling sick or nausea – tell the doctor about if the product could cause the sickness.
The company removed the defects with the contribution of the authorities, and the production was restarted under strict quality controls.
The problem of one of the production lines did not affected other products, which are all meet the food safety standards and safe to eat – contains the communication of Pick.
