Pick Szeged and University of Szeged complete joint project
The joint research and development project of Pick Szeged Zrt. and the University of Szeged – which the two parties launched back in 2017 – has come to an end. During the project’s 4-year duration, the European Union financed its 7 programmes with HUF 1.711bn. New production methods were developed, new technologies were introduced and Pick Szeged Zrt. even built a small test factory for mould salami smoking and aging. The programme also involved trialling sustainable packaging designs.
