Polish, Hungarian and sweet
The so-called Little Eagles (Sasfiókák) programme has come to an end. Its objective was giving Polish and Hungarian students the chance to learn about culinary connections between the two countries, by paying a visit to each other. At the end of the programme the two teams joined forces to create a special dessert using typical Polish and Hungarian ingredients. Balázs Sitkei won with his creation, which was presented at a press conference in Horváth confectionery.
