Levente Lendvai finished 2nd in Paris
On 25 September the 2020 and 2021 Chaine young chef world championships took place in Paris at the same time – the former had been postponed because of the pandemic. In the 2020 contest Levente Lendvai – Arany Kaviár Restaurant (Budapest), while in the 2021 competition Kevin Szabó – Platán Restaurant&Café (Tata) represented Hungary. Mr Lendvai won the silver medal and Mr Szabó finished fourth in the world championship of chefs younger than 27 years, who had to prepare a 3-course menu in 3.5 hours.
