The Nébih withdrew expired meat
The staff of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) seized about 13 tonnes of unlabeled, expired meat in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county.
According to the communication of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) sent to MTI on Tuesday, one of the companies delivered products to public institutions as well.
The professionals withdrew more than 3 tons of meat from the market immediately, the Nébih also ordered the destruction of the products and the meat plant’s operations were suspended with immediate effect. (MTI)
