Greenhouses in Britain are down
Huge greenhouses are being vacated all over Great Britain, because due to the jump in the price of natural gas, it is no longer worthwhile for growers to grow vegetables, agrarszektor.hu wrote.
According to the news, vegetable growers in Great Britain no longer planted peppers, tomatoes and eggplants, as the already high gas prices were further pushed up by the Russo-Ukrainian war, making cultivation unprofitable. (agrarszektor.hu)
