The decline of TV advertising revenues slowed down in 2013
The television advertising revenues continued to decline last year, compared to the previous year, but the decline has been less than a year earlier – Ernst and Young’s survey shows. The survey was made on behalf of the Association of Hungarian Electronic Broadcasters (MEME).
The sector's total income last year was 45.6 billion HUF, 6 percent lower than a year earlier – Kovács Krisztián, Chairman of the MEME and Havas István, Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young told at a press conference on Tuesday in Budapest. The survey was carried out by using the datas of 56 television channels that are covering almost the entire Hungarian market. (MTI)
