Graduates and trade workers leave their jobs most often, the highest turnover is typical for large companies. The majority of companies try to solve the grievance of the employee who is about to leave with better working conditions, higher salary or promotion.
Employees with a university or college degree are the most active and most aware when they are fired at work – it was revealed in the latest survey of the job portal DreamJobs, in which the answer was sought to what extent the supervisor and a bad relationship with him contribute to white-collar workers leaving a job In the circle of.
