Special meals and the latest equipments at this year’s Kitchen Exhibition
Vitamin-rich smoothies, authentic Italian gnocchi sauces, New York sandwiches and Jamie Oliver’s shell-squid black spaghetti can be tasted at this year’s Konyhakiállítás (Kitchen Exhibition) in the Budapest Sports Arena during the weekend.
At the event, Bíró Lajos chef and Jókuti András, master of ceremonies at the Bocuse d’Or world championship unveiled unique chicken recipes on stage on Saturday, while Hadarik Rita impressed the audience with gluten-free banana biscuits, and Stöhr Gréta with vegan dishes. (MTI)
