Tranzit expands with the help of foreign capital
Debrecen-based Tranzit Group has founded a company together with the LDC Group, one of the biggest poultry producers in Europe. The goal with this move is to help Tranzit’s market expansion in Central and Eastern Europe. LDC has a 70-percent share in the new company, but Tranzit’s owners – the Szabó family – stay in the managerial seats. Last year Tranzit Group’s sales revenue was HUF 53 billion. //
