KSH: the number of employees has increased further

In July-September, the average number of employees was 4 million 451 thousand, 60 thousand more than a year before. The employment rate of the 15-64 year-olds grew by 1.6 percentage points to 68.7 percent in one year – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Thursday.

In the third quarter, the number of employees grew by 6.3 thousand, compared to the previous three-month average, and the rate grew by 0.1 percentage point, according to Central Statistical Office (KSH). Compared to the first quarter of 2010, the number of employees increased by 772 thousand. (MTI)
