KSH: retail sales increased in March
In March, retail sales grew by 4.9 percent, compared to a year before. Calendar effect adjusted the growth was 5.9 percent, mainly due to Easter – the Central Statistical Office (KSH) announced on Monday.
In the first quarter, the volume of retail sales increased by 6.5 percent, compared to the same period of last year.
In March this year, the volume of calendar effect adjusted non-food retail sales increased by 14.3 percent in both non-food retail stores and fuel retail. (MTI)
