KSH: retail sales decreased by 5.9 percent in February
According to raw data, retail sales fell by 5.6 percent in February and by 5.9 percent, adjusted for calendar effects, compared to the same period of the previous year.
The effect of the panic buying wave at the end of February last year played a significant role in the year on year decline, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) reported on Friday.
Compared to January, the seasonally and calendar-adjusted volume of retail trade decreased by 1.2 percent. (MTI)
