KSH: foreign trade surplus was 697 million euros in June
In June, the value of exports in euros decreased by 3.1 percent and imports by 5.7 percent year-on-year. The foreign trade balance of products improved by 201 million euros and reached 697 million euros (240 billion forints), according to the first estimate of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Friday.
According to the KSH, in line with the easing of the direct negative effects of the coronavirus pandemic, a more moderate decline in euro-denominated foreign trade in products was measured in June than in April-May. (MTI)
