KSH: Retail sales rose by 5.1 percent in September
The volume of retail sales increased by 5.1 percent on a yearly basis in September after a 4.6 percent rise in August, according to the raw and calendar effect adjusted data – according to the Central Statistics Office’s (KSH) second estimate that was published on Thursday.
The data reported is the same as the first estimate that was published earlier this month.
The calendar effect adjusted volume of retail trade increased by 3 percent in food retail, 6.9 percent in non-food retail and 6.1 percent in fuel retail. (MTI)
