Craft beer style study

As part of the collaboration between the trade association and FIRST Craft Beer, 2025 brought the third edition of the Cakes & Ladders – Cake of Hungary craft beer style study, a beer based on the winning cake of the Cake of Hungary contest.

This year this cake was DCJ Style Exercise by Kézműves Confectionery in Gyula. The11.5% ABV Cakes & Ladders Imperial Pastry Stout was created by master brewers Máté Ábrahám and Rolf Lackner.
