Joint workshop by ÖRT and the Ministry of Justice
With record attendance, the Advertising Self Regulatory Board (ÖRT) held its first joint workshop with experts from the Ministry of Justice, about the activities of the consumer protection authority in relation to advertising practices. “The effectiveness of the work done by ÖRT was confirmed by the 2023 inspections: from nearly 1,800 advertisements only 30 (1.6%) had objectionable content”, told Krisztina Csákiné Dr Gyuris, head of the Department for Consumer Protection Strategy. //
