A joint research and development project was launched by Pick and the University of Szeged
The Pick Szeged Zrt. And the Szeged University of Szeged (SZTE) launched a joint research and development project with a 1,71 billion HUF EU funding for the development of new methods of meat and dry goods- the company belonging to the Bonafarm group informed MTI.
During the project lasts until mid-2021, the company and the higher education institution work together to reduce the water content of the meat raw material, to improve the smoking process, to standardize the natural mold culture, to optimize climate technology. The total cost of the project is 2,573 billion HUF. (MTI)
