Public Sector Catering Manual II.
Last March the first volume of the Public Sector Catering Manual came out, and this October the second volume was published. It contains special recipes for cooking for people suffering from the most frequent food allergies and intolerances. Just like last time, Unilever Food Solutions played a vital role in compiling the book, so the company was given the opportunity to organise a ceremonial book launch – which they combined with a forum for mass catering managers. It was told at the forum that according to a 2017 survey, 72 percent of schools have children that must follow some kind of special diet. //
