Hungarian fmcg's quilification – average
International Service Chek – a mystery shopping company- made a survey in 7 CEE country + Russia about retail services.
60 cities, 61 retail chain, 160 test shops – from this 27 in
Hungary, where Lidl, Penny Market, Plus, Auchan, CBA, Coop, Match, Spar, Tesco
stores were be checked. Results: the hungarian supermarkets are on 4. place,
the discounts on 3. place. Only in two category: serving at the counter and at
the cash desk are the hungarian stores better than the average. The biggest
problem is, as in the other countries, the customer contact services.
The best hungarian discount was Lidl, the best hungarian
supermarket the Auchan.
