The Central European Culinary Association was established in Gödöllő
The Central European Culinary and Sommelier Association was established at the Szent István University in Gödöllő.
Its main objective is to preserve and spread the overall gastronomic and cultural heritage of the region.
Other goals of the organization include the promotion of excellent gastronomic products and beverages in the acceding Central European countries – the association told MTI. (MTI)
