In January the guild launched its new talent development programme – which is supported by the National Talent Programme – called KOVÁSZ. The project’s goal is to give young talents an innovative and creative approach in their work via training courses and workshop visits.
Another objective is to extend the guild’s Accredited Talent Point of Excellence certification – the project backs this process. Instead of the planned 10 young confectioners 15 can participate in the programme.
4 February 2021 was the date of the first course, where guild president László Selmeczi briefly introduced how the organisation works and what its objectives are, and then head of programme Éva Vojtek talked about talent management and the National Talent Programme. //
