Kopint-Tárki: exports and private consumption can boost economic growth
The completion of the projects of the 2007-2013 EU budgetary cycle may cause smaller fractures in investment, however, exports and private consumption can boost economic growth – Palócz Éva, CEO of the Kopint-Tárki Ltd. said in Szeged on Friday.
Last year's economic growth is estimated to be lower than in 2014, but close to 3 percent, while the balance indicators also developed well – the expert said.
This year, the Kopint-Tárki Ltd. expects slightly lower economic growth of around 2.5 percent. The reason is that the EU projects of the previous cycle have been completed and despite the new ones will start relatively quickly, a small fracture in investment will occur – she added. (MTI)
