A sign of excellent quality on the products of Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft.
Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft. is committed to excellent quality – as evidenced by the KMÉ certification.
The history of Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft. extends far beyond its founding in 2007. The company’s roots go back to the 1960s and 70s when dairy and meat production was already in full swing. Over the decades, the accumulated experience and continuous development have made the Nádudvari brand a key player in the Hungarian food industry. Its product range includes both traditional foods and products catering to health-conscious consumers and those following special diets.
One of the company’s best-known products is Nádudvari Túró (curd), which has enjoyed unbroken popularity for years. In addition, the frozen food division launched in 2010 has contributed significantly to Nádudvari’s growth in the Hungarian food market, as have the fruit yogurts introduced a few years ago.
KMÉ Certification: A Symbol of Commitment
In line with its commitment to quality, Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft. has obtained the Excellent Quality Food (KMÉ) certification, initiated by the National Food Chain Safety Office, for several of its products. According to Krisztina Nagy, the company’s marketing manager, Nádudvari’s 25% sour cream and Fitness Túró products not only meet strict standards but also stand out on store shelves thanks to the certification.
To obtain the certification, Nádudvari’s production technology already met all the required standards. For example, its curd production utilizes one of the most advanced technologies in Hungary, eliminating the need for additional investments.
Consumer Expectations and Awareness
Today’s consumers increasingly seek high-quality, health-conscious products, and the KMÉ certification serves as a symbol of quality, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. “The certification authenticates our products for consumers, making their shopping experience easier,” said Krisztina Nagy. Consumer trust is further reinforced by the fact that the quality of these products is continuously monitored by independent, accredited laboratories, ensuring food safety.
Innovation and Sustainability
Alongside tradition, Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft. places great emphasis on innovation. Lilla Bora, the company’s laboratory head and hygienist, explained that the closed technology used in the production of Nádudvari Fitness Túró not only ensures microbiological compliance but also extends the product’s shelf life. Such innovations contribute to increased consumer satisfaction and the competitiveness of the products.
“For us, quality is not just a trend but a constant commitment.”
– added Lilla Bora. This is why it is crucial for their products to receive the highest quality certifications. The KMÉ certification not only guarantees quality for consumers but also demonstrates the company’s dedication to excellence.
Why Choose KMÉ-Certified Products?
Beyond guaranteeing the strictest quality standards, the KMÉ certification supports the Hungarian economy and local producers. Nádudvari’s example shows that traditional values and modern innovations can go hand in hand when it comes to consumer health and environmental sustainability.
