Smaller budget, extended competence
As a senior brand manager, Anikó Radosiczky has been in charge of marketing with Sarantis Hungary Kft. since September. She began working for Beiersdorf Kft as a brand manager in 1997. Since then she had become familiar with cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and subsequently returned to the FMCG sector, assuming responsibility for the marketing of three products categories in the last four years. As a member of management, she will be able to accumulate leadership experience in her new position, co-ordinating product marketing with global priorities of the company. However, it will also be a challenge for her to make the most of a smaller budget compared to her previous position. She feels that she has been successful so far in delivering what her bosses expected from her. It came as pleasant surprise to her that her recommendations and ideas have been accepted from the first moment of her employment.
