The Hungarian government will pay half of Heineken’s investment
Half of Heineken’s generous half-billion-dollar investment is paid for by the government, in return that the Dutch company protects 456 jobs and buys raw materials from mostly Hungarian suppliers – mfor.hu wrote.
In order to strengthen its competitive market position, the Heineken Hungária Sörgyárak Zrt. is investing 540 million HUF in the 125-year-old brewery in Sopron – Szijjártó Péter, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade said in Sopron on Tuesday, according to the MTI report. (mfor.hu)
