It turned out what is most stressful for manual workers
In the lives of Hungarian physical workers, satisfaction and fear are present at the same time – states the representative research prepared at the request of Pannon-Work Zrt. The survey also revealed what domestic blue-collar workers are satisfied with, what they are worried about, and what changes they consider important in their situation. We also get an idea of their level of trust in various institutions and their job search preferences.
Employees are more satisfied with their work, their workplace and the working conditions, but at the same time they have a negative opinion about some areas – revealed the representative research conducted by Pannon-Work Zrt. on a sample of 800 manual workers. The results of the survey are of great importance for all companies employing manual workers, since at least half of the approximately 4.7 million employees (KSH, 2023) perform manual work of some kind.
The proportion of young people (age group 18-29) does not even reach a quarter (18 percent) of blue-collar workers, which is why employers must pay special attention to this age group with great potential. 77 percent of manual workers work as employees, and just over a tenth of them do their work in an atypical form – that is, within the framework of temporary employment and simplified employment.
