Artisan methods combined with the expertise of a large firm
Kaposvár-based KOMETA 99 Zrt. exports products to more than 40 countries.
Managing director Giacomo Pedranzini told that the whole production process takes place in Kaposvár and the company is a proud user of the Domestically Processed Product trademark. KOMETA combines artisan methods with the knowledge and skills of a large company.
They prefer regional suppliers and this May opened a byproduct factory – built from HUF 1.4 billion – where 15,000 tonnes of production waste can be processed in a year. KOMETA contributes to the healthy diet of Hungarians by making products (Kemencés, Friss, Gyorsvacsora Útravaló, Ínyenc and Pedranzini Selection) with high meat content that don’t have added glutamate or soy and more than 80 percent of them are low-salt. //
