The school canteen festival begins
The National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition (OGYÉI) launches a School Canteen Festival on Saturday with the aim to help operators and consumers to develop a healthy diet – the Institute’s Food and Nutrition Science Deputy Assistant Professor told M1 News Channel on Tuesday.
Cserháti Zoltán commented that later consumer habits develop in school age and what is available to children at home or in school plays a significant role in it. As he said, there are some foods that are both healthy and attractive for young people alongside vegetables and fruits. It included dairy products as well as whole grain baked goods. (MTI)
