Consumers can spend less for Christmas this year
The effect of inflation can be felt, that is, it is clear: the monthly income is no longer enough for Christmas – it is clear from the report of ATV Híradó, in which Balázs Várkonyi, the chairman of the board of directors of eMAG, learns the lessons of this year’s Black Friday, which allows us to infer the Christmas traffic as well.
“This year, people are buying more consciously, choosing cheaper products, and saving energy has become an important aspect. This year’s Black Friday can best be compared to last season, from which it can be assumed that Christmas will also be similar to last year’s there are items that are losers and sell little, and there are items that are winners, such as energy-saving or utility-reducing ones, which can potentially lower the electricity or gas bill in the household.”
Várkonyi told ATV.
