Who starts with a great breakfast can burn twice as many calories
Burning twice as many calories can prevent obesity and high blood sugar by eating more for breakfast instead of a big dinner – German researchers found in their study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism.
“Our results show that eating food for breakfast, no matter how many calories it contains, produces twice as much diet-induced thermogenesis (DIT) as consuming the same food for dinner” – the Phys.org science-news portal quoted Juliane Richter, a researcher at the University of Lubeck the co-author of the study.
