Developed at the Pápai Hús Kft. from 2 billion forints
Meat processing and packaging at Pápai Hús Kft. will be modernized from 2 billion HUF. The development, which began last year, will close in the spring of next year, which will increase production by an average of about 25 percent this year – the executive director told MTI on Tuesday.
Szappanos Péter said that he had purchased 55 new machines and equipments, automating and accelerating packaging, product filling, heat treatment, slicing and pulping.
As a result of the investment, the production of ham and smoked goods will grow by 30 percent this year and bacon by 20 percent, and in 2021 and 2022 it will produce an additional 10 percent a year. (MTI)
