Two more restaurants in Budapest won the Michelin star
Essencia and Salt are also included in the guide for the first time, with a total of seven Michelin-starred restaurants in Budapest, together with Babel, Borkonyha Winekitchen, Costes, Costes Downtown and Stand – Michelin Hungária Kft. told MTI on Thursday.
According to the announcement, the Essencia restaurant is run by Tiago and Éva Sabarigo: chef Tiago is of Portuguese descent, while his wife, Éva, was born in Hungary. The menu of both stylish and homely restaurant combines the self-forgotten celebration of both cultures. (MTI)
