The Gyulai Handcrafted Thin Sausage won two gold stars
The International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi http://www.itqi.com), based in Brussels, is the world’s leading testing organization dedicated to devising and promoting special super products.
The judges come from the 16 most prestigious European culinary and sommelier organizations, including French, Greek, Spanish and Swedish professional circles.
