László Kovács, president of the Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) told in a television interview: before the terraces of bars, restaurants and cafés reopen, owners’ main tasks are restocking their storage rooms, recruiting workers, and cleaning and disinfecting their places. He informed that the average turnover was at 15-20 percent during the lockdown, it was food delivery that kept the sector alive where there was demand for this type of service. //
