The Cookbook of the Tokaj Wine Region is being prepared
The Cookbook of the Tokaj Wine Region is being prepared, the gathering, organizing and publishing of the recipe collection was undertaken by the Tokaj-Hegyalja’s Kitchen group.
They will publish the results of their work in an online cooking program and in a publication that is scheduled to be published next year – the organizers informed MTI.
The organizers ask everyone who has a recipe that may be interesting to send it to the recept@hegyaljakonyhaja.hu email address or to the Tokaj-Hegyalja Konyha, 3911 Tokaj, Pf.: 44 postal address. (MTI)
