Meat products containing hemp seed protein were developed by the slaughterhouse in Felgyő
Gulyás János és Társa Kft., the operator of the slaughterhouse in Felgyő, developed a pork product family with a high biological value and hemp seed protein and oil content – the company informed MTI.
According to the announcement, 289.74 million HUF of the costs of the more than two-year research and development project of 526.8 million HUF were covered by a non-refundable EU grant and 184.38 million HUF by a soft loan. (MTI)
