Preferential loans can save farmers
The preferential land loan program may represent the major driving force in agricultural lending in the coming period.
The loan portfolio of the food industrial businesses has increased in the first quarter, while the loan portfolio of the agricultural enterprizes has decreased – the fresh report of the Agricultural Economics Research Institute reveals. According to the results of the survey, the loan portfolio of the individual farms decreased by 7.3 percent in the January-March 2016 period, after the gradual rise, that was experienced in 2015.
