A cup of coffee at the filling station

Matild Zákány
convenience retail manager
Shell
Matild Zákány, Shell’s convenience retail manager told our magazine that there are fewer cars on the roads due to the pandemic, but customers are loyal to the coffee bars of Shell filling stations. Ms Zákány informed that consumer demand is growing for quality coffee and espresso is the most popular type, but more and more people like lungo coffee too. Shell didn’t stop innovating but certain processes slowed down because of the coronavirus. No new products have been launched recently, but Shell keeps monitoring consumption habits and will shape its product selection accordingly. (x)
