Nébih is launching quarantine research
How have our food buying and eating habits changed as a result of the epidemiological situation? What foods have we accumulated? What do we do with reserves? Among other things, the researchers of Nébih, the Institute of Marketing and Trade of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Debrecen and the TÉT Platform are looking for answers to these questions.
In recent weeks, our most important task has been to deal with the new type of coronavirus pandemic that has transformed the lives of all of us. The events, of course, have had an impact and there are also how we shop, how we eat and how we reserve. With the help of an online questionnaire compiled jointly by Nébih, the Institute of Marketing and Trade of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Debrecen, and the experts of the TÉT Platform, we can get an idea of how our relationship with food has changed.
