Christmas cakes – tradition or novelty
If we have a holiday where traditions and family traditions play an important role, then it’s Christmas. This is also true for decorations, visiting of relatives, festive menus and cakes.
Almost every family has well-established recipes that cakes can’t miss on the festive table. A study by NMS in 2019 reveals that 74 percent consider bejgli, 43 percent sorbet, and 32 percent gingerbread. To a lesser extent, various honey-cream, coconut, walnut and chestnut cakes are popular as well.
