The Agricultural Chamber launches a campaign to increase beef consumption
The National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) is launching a campaign to bring the Hungarian beef consumption closer to the EU average – the chairman of the public body said at a press conference in Budapest on Wednesday.
Győrffy Balázs emphasized that beef consumption in Hungary is 2.0-2.5 kilograms per person a year, which is only the third of the health justified quantity and the European Union’s 6-8 kilograms average. (MTI)
