The tenth Coop Rally starts on Thursday
The Coop Rally is held for the tenth time. Its goal remained unchanged compared to the previous years: to draw attention to the quality Hungarian food products. At the event heralding press conference Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Agriculture, the patron of the Rally confirmed: the strengthening of the Hungarian food industry is a common goal of the Coop retail chain and the government.
The Coop Rally will be launched for the tenth time on Thursday. The aim of the program that is promoting quality Hungarian food products has not changed since its inception – Csepeli Lajos, chairman of the board of CO-OP Hungary Zrt. told at the press conference in the Ministry of Agriculture. However, he believes that, while in the first five – six years they had to draw the consumers' attention to the importance of the consumption of domestic products, now the primary goal is to be able to keep the result achieved.
