The EU’s school fruit, school vegetable and school milk program will continue next year
Thanks to the European Union’s 250 million euros (approximately 80 billion forints) program to promote healthy eating habits among children, schoolchildren will receive milk, fruit and vegetables in the next school year in Europe – the European Commission told.
According to the information, in the 2019-2020 academic year, 145 million euros will be available for fruit and vegetables at European Union level and 105 million euros for milk and other dairy products. (MTI)
