Smaller sweets to come
Many major international companies, including Mars, Nestlé and Wrigley, are planning to sell their products in smaller quantities. The innovation designed for 2022 is explained by taking care of the health of consumers and wanting to reach the ceiling in 200 calories – origo.hu wrote.
Mars, Nestlé, Wrigley, Lindt, and the Ferrara and Ferraro announced that by 2022, they would reduce their individually packaged products to a maximum of 200 calories. This practically means that sweets will be split into smaller portions – moneyish.com wrote. The purpose of this amendment is to encourage consumers to consider a more responsible diet. (origo.hu)
