Jobtain: This is worth knowing about the foreign workforce working for us
The labor shortage in our country is breaking records compared to the last five years. According to KSH data, 2022. II. a total of 98,648 vacancies were available in the quarter. Within this, the domestic manufacturing industry shows an outstanding proportion, where almost 25,000 workers are currently missing. Their place is partly filled by foreign workers.

It is a misconception that foreign workers take away jobs from Hungarians
According to economic experts, this is a ratio that can really threaten the survival of companies. Until now, the companies operating in our country have tried to solve the shortage of personnel, which mainly exists in the production areas, with workers recruited from neighboring countries, but as a result of the neighboring Ukrainian-Russian conflict, the HR service providers have to open up to new, more distant regions in order to bring valuable labor to the companies.
