According to economic experts, this is a ratio that can really threaten the survival of companies. Until now, the companies operating in our country have tried to solve the shortage of personnel, which mainly exists in the production areas, with workers recruited from neighboring countries, but as a result of the neighboring Ukrainian-Russian conflict, the HR service providers have to open up to new, more distant regions in order to bring valuable labor to the companies.
