Nominate yourself to receive the Gundel Prize in 2025!

Also known as the Kossuth Award of Hospitality

Anyone can make a proposal for the award of the Károly Gundel Award. The condition for this is to fill out the application form that can be downloaded from the MVI website and return it to the organization’s address by midnight on September 10, 2024.
The award can be nominated by anyone who has been present in the Hungarian hospitality sector with outstandingly successful activities for at least 25 years, has an impeccable professional history and an exemplary life path, cherishes the historical traditions of Hungarian hospitality and is committed to its renewal, supports the professional development of the younger generation, and contributes to the popularization of Hungarian hospitality.
The award will be presented in a ceremonial setting, on October 27, 2024, at the MVI Gala Dinner in the Gundel restaurant; details will be provided later.
