The number of new job opportunities fell the most in the hospitality, hotel, and tourism category, where they were reduced by half, followed by public administration (37%) and HR, labor (33%). The fourth and fifth largest decreases were in engineering jobs (32%) and IT, programming, development (30%).

The labor market in Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County is particularly active locally, as not only have job opportunities expanded, but also the number of applications (12%) showed the fourth largest increase nationwide.
Based on the advertisements containing salary information, the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry category showed an increase not only in the number of job opportunities, but also in the net average salaries offered, as these increased by 15% compared to the same period of the previous year. The greatest growth in this regard – albeit with a decreasing number of job advertisements – is seen in the fields of IT, operations, telecommunications (27%), construction (26%) and business support centers (21%).
Currently, employers active in the IT field rarely mention salary in their job advertisements (3-5%), but they are at the forefront when it comes to the possibility of working from home: this option is included in 42% of job advertisements in the IT, programming, development category, while in 29% of those in IT, operations, telecommunications.
Employees are still active
The number of applications decreased minimally, by 0.3%, compared to the same period of the previous year, but employee activity can still be said to be very high.
