Dangerous obesity is spreading as an epidemic
The European experts dealing with obesity published a joint statement, in which they call for the attention of the European governments, health ministries, institutions, policy-makers and decision-makers' to start immediate action to curb the growing obesity.
The Declaration was signed by the European Association for the Study of Obesity and national companies of 32 member states in May at the 22nd European Obesity Science Congress in Prague, including the Hungarian Obesity Science Society, which has already signed the first Declaration in Milan in 1999.
