The latest global report of the Randstad Employer Brand Research (EBR) 2024 provides a comprehensive overview of employees’ preferences and employers’ attractiveness worldwide. This research surveyed 172,000 respondents and over 6,000 companies across 32 markets, covering more than 70% of the global economy.

- Job switching is on the rise globally. Generation Z shows the highest inclination to change jobs, while Millennials lead in actual job switches.
- The main reasons for changing jobs are better work-life balance and inadequate compensation.

- Equity has become one of the top five drivers, especially among women, Generation Z, and minority groups.
